REALLY nice lookin looger Hugh... how long is the barrel? and have you shot it yet? The front sight looks too low to me for the height of the rear sight...

What you do is bring the front sight down until you can't see it any more and the target is centered in the rear sight notch and fire away! Just kidding! I am remodeling a front sight to the correct height, but was anxious to post pics on the forum, so put a regular sight on it for picture taking. Yes I have shot it and it shoots great. <img border="0" alt="[jumper]" title="" src="graemlins/jumper.gif" />

The bbl is 4.5 inches long.

Yes Ron that is a type 2 safety, just because I think the checkering, instead of the straight grooves, looks neat!

Doug, the poor little thing is actually a bastard, as it doesn't have a legitimate parent. The reciever is a commercial, the frame is a military DWM with the stock lug ground off. The barrel is a new 6" cut back, the toggle train is DWM commercial and the navy rear toggle is an extra I just happened to have laying around not doing anything! In fact, the only two numbers that match are the breech block and middle toggle. :confused:

A carbine is a long way off, next is a baby artillery and then a baby grip safety. <img border="0" alt="[jumper]" title="" src="graemlins/jumper.gif" />
