Navy / Artillery attaching irons question

Is there any difference in the attaching irons on the stocks for a Navy Luger vrs. an Artillery Luger or are they the same and should work for both? Thanks

Brent B. ... a caution... read the terms of the ATF Curio & Relic list very carefully... althought the stock irons themselves are identical in shape and construction, and could easily be used on either Navy or Artillery stocks... it would be a violation of the National Firearms Act of 1934 to attach a complete Artillery Stock to a Navy Luger, or a Navy Stock to an Artillery Luger... that would be a federal felony ... If you have any questions in this regard, please ask before you do it... it could save you a lot of grief...

John: Thanks for the heads-up on the potential problem. The last thing I need or want is more problems. This is the first Navy Luger I've ever had and the range officer really drooled over it when I took it to the local range.
