Want one
Learned Gentlemen,
Since age 9 I have wanted a luger. (had one then in h2o caliber) I want to shoot it without ruining a collectors item. How about Stoeger? Are these still being made? Are they good quality? Thanks for any & all input. |
Hello Mark,
Five months ago I was looking to buy my 1st. shooter luger. I bought a 1971 Mauser-Interarms, 6" bbl, 9 mm, with swiss style front grip. This NIB I bought from Forum member, Tom Heller, for $ 850.00 and then had Forum member, Hugh Clark redo the grips with the swiss-like border pattern for another $ 75.00. Here's a photo. The quality and shooting accuracy of the Mauser-made lugers from this 1970's period is excellent. http://boards.rennlist.com/upload/grips2.jpg |
Thanks WM pete. Now where's Mine?

Mark,
Look in the Post WWII section. There are several posts about the stainless steel ones and I posted some fairly current prices. The new guns have a grip safety and no bulge for a stock lug. I will try in a few days to post some pictures of mine in that thread. Steve Richards |
Or....you can get a WWI Shooter, these are nice and you dont have to worry about messing up a collection piece. This is a mismatch Erfurt from WWI, nice! http://members.rennlist.com/lugerman/TDDErfurtsmall.jpg
