1908 commercial backstrap
 

I have recently acquired a 1908 commercial. I seem to get these lugers with inscritions on their straps. Then I can't find a reference as to what it means. This luger aDWM ser #70959 has an inscription on the back grip strap. it reads: 70.84. Any ideas. Much thanx
