Just ordered "The Train" and "Rogue Male", don't know if any Lugers are involved. Burt Lanchaster in the first one trying to save Artwork from the NAZIs and the second is Peter O'Toole as a Hitler Assasin. ANy body see these? Any Lugers (fingers crossed in hopes) ~Thor~

Not the answer I'm looking for. Hint - in the movie he is killed by a weapon that, like a luger, is also a curio and relic.

I don't recall if there are any Lugers in "The Train" or not (I actually don't think so) but it nevertheless is a great movie anyway. The main reason you rarely see steam locomotives in France anymore is probably because they must have smashed up 90% of them just in making this film. It has been years since I've seen it, and I intend to watch it again in the near future.

Re: "The Train" is good

There was a Webley-Fosberry in "The Maltese Falcon", but I don't recall a Luger. Was there one after all?

Re: "The Train" is good

My turn. What cinematic gem features small-town detectives in California toting Lugers to fend off alien invaders who attempt to ply their trade of global conquest by use of giant lobsters and ray guns which vaporize the flesh off of their victims' skeletons?

By the way, do I win either a Luger or a Webley-Fosbery for the Maltese Falcon question?
