Aimco Lugers...

As I hold a vintage luger and a comparable Aimco side by side I notice the vintage one feels a tad more dense, not by much. Can the stainless steel as used by Aimco withstand constant pounding of standard 9mm loads? Also Im thinking about picking up one of those P-38's made post war with the alloy slides. Whats the consensus on those? Tnaks <img src="graemlins/icon107.gif" border="0" alt="[icon107]" />

I've noticed this effect with the Interarms Lugers, they seem lighter in the hand than a vintage Luger.

Guess I will have to put them on the balance and find out which one actually weighs what.

we have a aimaco luger that is near unshot that we will try out in the morning and let you know if it can take the pounding.
