Did I just never notice this before or is this a new feature? What exactly does this do?

As our friends Frank and Wes have described... this is a new feature that permits any user to bring a posted message thread to the attention of the moderators and admins...

This simplifies the process of alerting the website staff that a message thread may have violated the rennlist.com (our host) terms of service, or our own rules of the forum (the forum decorum) regarding content or behavior.

This particular feature has simplified my duties as one of the site admins because often a member will report that a rude or otherwise prohibited content post has been made and in their excitement neglect to tell us WHERE in the forum it has been made, or by whom.

The "report" message includes a link directly to the the post that they considered to violate our policy...

I thought Latin was torture when I took it in the early 60's. I guess some things just don't change!!!!
