Lugerforum patches

There seems to be renewed interest in Lugerforum jacket patches, but alas all of those manufactured in the first batch are long gone.

These items need to be procured in quantity in order to make them affordable... if you would be interested in purchasing one or more of these patches, please indicate by posting here the number you would want to order and we will see if there is enough interest to have some more made... The cost is (approximately) $7.00 each. No orders will be accepted unless we have enough commitment to have them made...

This is what they look like:

Herr Sabato, you are too kind. I think I'll pass, cuz I already have one from our previous engagement!! I was looking for cash, not words!

bradsimpson 08-21-2002 05:10 PM

John,
My primary business now is printing/manufacturing services between the US and Thailand. I may be able to provide these patches to the forum at better prices or smaller quantities (probably both.) This type of work is very popular in Bangkok and the prices & quality are excellent. I would just need a sample before I go back next month. I'd be happy to get a quote for you. Thank you.

John Sabato 08-21-2002 05:14 PM

Thanks Brad for your kind offer. Would the artwork in .jpg format be adequate or would you require an actual patch to obtain the quote?

bradsimpson 08-21-2002 05:42 PM

John,
Both would be best. Just the .jpg should work? Will it automatically make the right size? And I would need to see the colors of the threads. I would hate to make them wrong.

kidvett 08-21-2002 05:46 PM

I'll take 2 patches...

Brad, The colors just have to be close as you can see by comparing the original artwork here to the actual patch example in the first post.

As far as size, I guess we would want a quote on actual size and perhaps also a quote for one small enough to fit on a typical ballcap...

I would say quotes for orders of magnitude starting with 50 and incrementing by 50 till you reach 200...

Here is the artwork in both sizes...

Thanks again for researching this...

bradsimpson 08-21-2002 08:45 PM

John,
I'll see what I can do. I just need the .jpg and whatever other material needed by the end of next month. Then we can go from there.

Pete Ebbink 08-21-2002 08:54 PM

Hey John,

Make sure those Black Widow grips are original, before you have the order placed...

Wouldn't that be a gas if our patches showed repro BW grips...

Just pulling your chain, of course !!! <img src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" border="0" alt="[bigbye]" />
