I checked the bidder list Hugh and was suprised not to find either you or Ed Tinker there! :D

The photos look like they were done by kindergarteners with blunt crayons... Even with blurry photographs it looks like the gun has been really worked over with a buffer...

If I had more time I would write this guy a letter about the REAL collector value of this gun. :D What a waste of a perfectly good Luger.

Question; Why would anyone bid more than $50 for this travesty? The thing's over $800 already! Could there be some shill bidding going on?

I looked at the weapon and it isn't a Presination Luger it seems to be a vet bring back that was plated in europe before coming home.
