Too late!!! Already sold for $2035.00. Does that plaque say "In Memory Of Allied Victory in World War II"???

That's exactly what it says. I would imagine the Allied Victory accounted for alot of engraved Lugers,and chromed Lugers, and Herman Goerings 10,000 engraved Lugers. This one will turn up at a gun show as Rommels personal pistol.
