Spokane Gun Show

Not a lot of Lugers:

A 1906 AE for $3,000, looked new. Seller stated it was just in wonderful shape, grips and bluing were barely worn. I think it was a reblue, possible years ago, but restored.

6 inch, $1450, might have been a Navy, the selelr was busy and I only saw it from the case.

$1,000 for a nondescript Nazi era gun, I passed without looking at it.

I was interested in a Nickled 1916, nice nickle, all matching, had bring back paperwork, price was $450. Black aftermarket grips, I almost bought it, but didn't.

Couple of P-38s, all were over $500

That is pretty lame, Edward. With all the money in Seattle, you would think there would be a few dozen decent Lugers at the show. But then, I don't know how gun-friendly Seattle is?

Usually there are a few more, but Seattle is 300 miles from Spokane and where I live

Never anything too wonderful at the big Puyallup gun shows and they are close to Seattle.

Ed,

Come on down to Portland on the 16th, grass is a little bit greener on this side of the river...uh, fence...whatever...

I agree that there is usually little in the way of Lugers to arouse one's attention at the Seattle (Puyallup) gun shows. Every once in awhile there might be something that comes out of the woodwork but most people who don't know assume that all Lugers are equal to a few years of retirement pay. Anything for under $450 is a pretty good deal these days (even for that "garden variety $300 model"). They aren't getting any cheaper and the tougher the times get the more people need to get from their sale. Seattle is not as gun friendly as Spokane I don't think but far better than a lot of areas in this country.
