Death's Head toggle ?
Seems like you'd want to post a picture to get someone to pay a premium for this:

...from Copperas Cove, TX. Has anyone ever heard of a Totenkopf stamped on a toggle link? I'm only familiar with them stamped on the receiver.

I have not heard many good things about this dealer as this person "somehow" can magically have the exact matching parts that you need for you Luger.(And yes I meant to be sarcastic)So more than likely not genuine parts.
Just what I have heard... Michael |
I've wondered about this guy also, he seems to have way too much stuff for sale all over the auctions. Only thing I can think of in his defense is that Copperas Cove is the Home of the Ist Cavalry Division Association and is located a short diatance west of Killeen, home of The 1st Cav and 4th Infantry Divisions among other major commands. I would assume that there are a lot of oldtimer retiree's in the area and perhaps it is a haven for acquiring bring backs from the widows of deceased vetrans. I have never dealt with him, don't know him, and therefor can't recommend him. Just wondering how he gets all that stuff all the time. By the way today is the 3d day of the annual 1st Div reunion in Killeen. Wish I could be there.

As he told me, he is a retired NCO and he has a passel of German in-laws. My personal experiances have been short and unpleasant.

His reputation is unfavorable and based on my one expierence, deservedly so. As the late "Uncle" Frank De Mauro said, "That guy is so crooked they will have to screw him into the ground when he is dead."
Frank called a spade a F*%#@#! shovel, but you never doubted what was what. Tom A |
I've heard about his reputation and have avoided him. He sure has gummed up GunBroker. It takes me forever to search through that site with all his stuff on there. His prices seem a bit high too.
