Reading Private Message Replies
 

I have received around a dozen private messages and I have noticed that many replies I send back are not being read. I dont think many users realize the you need TO CLICK ON the "MY PROFILE" link at the top of the page to receive your replies. People MIGHT be sending me PMs without realizing that I have already answered them in a PM. <img src="graemlins/c.gif" border="0" alt="[ouch]" />

Also, when you edit your profile in "My Profile", in the "View/Update" section; there is a litle box at the bottom to decide if you want to receive an e-mail when a private message is sent to you via the Forum...

If you check "yes", you will receive an e-mail, even if you have not opened up the Forum... <img src="graemlins/yltype.gif" border="0" alt="[typing]" />

I sent you a Private message the first day the new forum was around and it still says "unread by recipient"

I have also chose to recive e-mails telling me that I have private messages!

That makes sense, afterall the forum was still in it's experimental stage.

Thats True! We will still have to do that sometime!

On another subject. We were going to go back to the beach Monday but we have heard (Just Today) that a dear friend is not expected to live through next week, and we really hate to be at the beach enjoying ourselves while he is lying on his deathbed. So I'll let you guys know if we go or not.
