Remember if you ever plan to put an 8" Arty barrel on a standard receiver, you need to find one that has the slot milled out in front to allow space for the rear sight to drop all the way down. Ted

About 10 minutes judicious use of a file on a standard receiver and you would be set to go for a shooter.
