I should have stated, "A little Greek, there."

I wrote the guy and he was very nice. A luger isn't a gun without the frame. So the seller is just selling parts. The frame, in this case, has a serial number that does not match the receiver. He will sell the frame separately for $100 but he will require a FFL to do that.
