John Martz?
I may be in John Martz's neck of the woods soon, and am considering the opportunity of dropping in, I've got some questions for those who have visited him.
Does he have an actual place to visit, a shop or the like? Does he look kindly on drop-ins? Is he open (if that is an appropriate concept) on Mondays? Anything else I should know? --Dwight |
Dwight, John M operates out of his home in Lincoln, and is not open to the public without an appointment. Since John has had some recent health problems, I would definately suggest that you call him first to set up an appointment. Since he is a great guy, I'm sure that he'll welcome you, if possible. TH

Tom,
Thanks. --Dwight |
I would love to meet John Martz as well. I had been thinking about this a long time. I remember reading all those articles about his 45 Lugers and P.38s and carbines. He is an amazing person and GT has told me much about him.

And get directions - John's house is in the country, 10 miles outside Lincoln. It's not an easy find the first time.
