I need to make links to within the document, but this is a compiliation of facts found here, and on the web as a FAQ for lugers.
It is in Word document form.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! I can imagine the work that went into that document - and while I just scanned it quickly - it is indeed - terrific!!!!

Actually it is something I did a year or two ago, but "somebody" said, hey it needs to be prettier! Well, I finally said, it'd be better to put it out, then me just sit on it longer!
