Book?
Does anyone have a copy of the book "Identification and Analysis of Luger Proof Marks" by Robert Marvin, paperback, 88 pgs, published in 1972. There are new/old stock ones being sold on ebay for around $35-40. Does it have any information that Still or Costanzo doesn't have? Is it worth buying? Can it be found cheaper elsewhere? Get two copies and I'll buy one from you, Hugh.
(Margin of profit acceptable.) <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" /> |
I've seen it on e-bay also and wondered if it was worthwhile.
So, anyone have a copy? Must be several on the forum that never post |
I assume from the lack of response that none of the 500 members of the Forum have a copy of the book! I wonder who has been buying them? Apparantly there are a lot of Luger collectors out there who are not Luger Forum members, as this book has been selling on ebay for the past several months.
