Bakelite FXO mag bottoms.

Need to know if there are any good reproduction bottoms out there?

I have never seen any, but maybe Lugerdoc or GT might have an idea for a source... standard wooden bottom for other stamped mag tubes are available from multiple sources... but I can't recall a source for the FXO type in Bakelite or Aluminum except maybe Tom Heller.

Doug, I do have a couple of new black plastic FXO type mag bottoms available @$25 each, but they would never pass as originals, as their mold marks are different. Your chances of finding any originals that are not chipped or cracked are NIL, since removing them from an original tube usually ruins them. I do have plenty of DDR numbered aluminum Schmeisser bottoms (probably what you want to replace) @$15 each or 2 for $25. TH
