P.08 Unnumbered Replacement Magazines

To anyone who is interested;

I have a small collection of unnumbered P.08 magazines that I have placed on my web page. Click on the link, below, to take a look.

Leon, thanks for the photos. The fxo with the "P" in P.08 closest to the bottom, which I think you call the left version, is quite common. The remaining are tougher to find!!

Leon: Your first comment was to anyone who is interested. Are any of these mags for sale??? The stainless Haneal Schmisser, the last one you list is it Aluminum bottomed and the type of bottom is it pinned through the center or like most wood bottomed mags one pin toward the back? Can you advise. Thank you SAM Buscemi sbuscemi1@hotmail.com if you prefer my private email.

Re: Your fxo un-numbered magazines with the right side up "P 08" mark (5-MM-fxo). In my opinion Mauser numbered very few Luger magazines after the - u - block of 1941. I believe these blank base un-numbered magazines were standard issue magazines with the 41- and 42-byf. Considering of course, The black plastic base magazine were obviously the common magazine for that period. The un-numbered concave pinned aluminum base, extruded fxo magazines were used when available. For what it's worth, I have recorded very few original numbered CCPA fxo magazines after the - u - block of the 41-byf production.

Leon: I have recently gotten myself in a position whereby the extruded 122 unnumbered mag you have is exactly the mag I need. Do you still have it and can you let me know the asking price? Thank you SAM Buscemi. I know we have spoken before or written a while back, but I thought we could update now that I have a luger that would fit that mag. Please advise. Thanks sbuscemi1@hotmail.com
