Simpson Date

Hi Friends,

I took a slight detour from my normal field of Imperial Navy guns and glommed onto a minty Simpson. SN is 9766 and it is in about 98% Blue/95% straw; prettiest Simson I have ever seen.

Can anyone nail a production date based on that SN?
