1936 All-Matching Erfurt...?
Cannot remember if this 1936 all-matching Erfurt was previously discussed or not :
http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/Vie...?Item=11871227 Some folks take a few liberties, I guess, when they write-up their sales ads...??? Regards, Pete... |
Looks like a nice S/42 Mauser/Erfurt to me, those 36 models are hard to come by. Caveat Emptor, or something like that.

Amazing how it is all matching, I have my eye on an Erfurt and I could have sworn they quit making them in like 1935 :D
. . . . . . Ed . . . . . . . . . Disclaimer, for new comers, they quit making Erfurts in 1918 |
Ed,
Did you have a typo...1918 vs. 1916...??? Regards, Pete... |
Silly Ed....they are still being made.
|
I think Howard is correct. It looks this one came off the production, maybe within the last year. :D
|
No typo Pete just fat fingered action and brain loss for a minute.
