When did the proof marks change from the Weimar eagle to the Nazi eagle?
Is there any "general" rule to find out whether or not a Luger should have a hold open feature or not? Thanks in advance, Blaine |
Blaine, the Nazi Eagle proof first appears on Mauser Military Lugers in the R-Block of the 1939, S/42 Production. Previous to that, there were two different versions of the eagle proofs on Mausers.
