Help identifying c96 stock and mag

On one of the other forums a guy said this IS an original M30 shoulder stock. He was not 100% sure the mag is but it is very well manufactured and why would the Chinese reproduce an excellent MAUSER mag on the floor plate? He said I should check on here for verification.
