MARKINGS ON 1916 ERFURT

I have a 1916 Erfurt which was captured in WWI. All numbers match including clip and holster. Trying to determine if the markings indicate anything other than proof marks and military acceptance. On right side, I've got Imperial eagle followed by 3 initials with stylized Erfurt crown--I assume these are proofs-likewise on the back of the toggle, are 2 letters with crown over them- Front of trigger guard has almost indecipherable stamps-Underside of barrel has 8 and 82, as well as sn--ANything else I should look for?

James, some pictures would help but it seems like you have the standard markings for an Erfurt. The right side should have 3 initials that look like crown B C S and then the eagle most forward, these are acceptance stamps, not proofs. The 8.82 is the barrel land diameter in millimeters. The trigger guard stamping is similar to the others.
Look for proofs on the grip screws too, also on the forward part of the 'flat' just above the right grip and there should be two proofs on the barrel, one on the left and one on the right top.
