Can this magazine be saved ?
 

I believe this is a WW I era magazine I have with a 1913 military DWM.

As can be seen, as some point it looks as though it's got distorted and now rubs and binds when inserted / removed.

Is this repairable, or should I just look for another period correct one ?

I've fixed several and now look for worn out bodies to fix and put parts in. That is the good thing about metal over plastic.
