Here we have it. They are going after EVERYONE who has a gun or ammunition. They are deeply concerned about a revolution and they want to know every person who has a gun or ammunition. The object of this bill will be to identify every person who has a gun. They will be able to revoke a license and confiscate the gun under rules to be created by the Attorney General. Biden swore he would end the NRA. He was not joking. Like a diverse license, once they create this federal license, they effectively limit the Second Amendment claiming if you obey all their regulations which they can change at any time, then you have that right. But all such rights are eliminated whenever they say so.

So far they have been unable to implement contact tracing for Covid contacts
How will they fare tracing all pistol permits issued since issuing pistol permits became law ..in some states

There appeared to be widespread non-compliance in New York State with their "assault" gun ban
Similar to the compliance in New Zealand where to great media fanfare less than 10% were actually handed in.

How well did alcohol prohibition work?
How well has the Drug prohibition seem to be working
How effective has Immigration enforcement been working
How well has nuclear non-proliferation worked

Trouble is once something has been invented there is no mechanism to Un-invent it

Also Politicians primary job is re-election, job 2 is to get rich while they can
Mid terms are coming up and those up for re-election are already packing their lifeboats

I do not expect this to pass, and certainly hope not

HR 127 is the same bill introduced each year by the wack-job Shelia Jackson. I believe was should attach some serious attention to it as it follows what the new administration has stated for its goals.
