Wife’s luger project....
8 Attachment(s)
Started this a few years ago as my wife wanted a heavyer targetluger like the one I use but a tad lighter.
She was requesting a round barrel. Barrel is made in one piece including the front sight base. Front sight base will later contain a elevation adjustable front sight. Gun is built on scrap, no nice collectible matching museumpiece have lost its life here! |

Next step is the making of a rear toggle with integral vindage adjustable rear sight.
Material is Swedish Uddeholm Calmax toolsteel That is really good against shock. |
I made my Wife a leather belt....

That sure would impress on me as I am utterly useless on Leather...

Lugers can get an awesome triggerpull and in some cases the play betwen pin and frame is really annoying.
Here is the two methods I have used to minimize the play. Either replace pin and silversolder on a new pin or turning down pin and tinsolder on a sleeve. |
