Police luger mag question

I have a chance to trade into or buy a Haenel Schmiser clip with starburst and K. It is like the type 1 army style. Could anyone tell me what its worth would be cash wise, then I'll know better how to trade. Thanks for any help.I would add pictures, but I still can't figure out how to add pictures. It was explained to me, but the right buttons don't appear when I do these.

It would be worth at top dollar and in minty condition $175/200....if you do not take it I would be interested....

Dave to add pictures, go to the message board and go to the top Help section. There is a tutorial that is there.

Did you come to the website from http://www.lugerform.com? If you did then you see Upload Photos, if you didn't then you need to come into the site from there, lots of info on the left for you to learn from.

From the few I have bought, police magazines are worth anywhere from $45 to $150, depending on condition. As Howard said, minty ones are worth more, but you usually find them less than that.

Ok, lets try adding a picture of the clip. Thanks to those who helped in this question.

Worth as MUCH as $150 in great condition... depends on who's buying and who's selling...

The lower you get it the more it will be valuable to YOU. :D

Is it numbered or blank? It seems that blank mags bring much more because they are often given a number matching the pistol, a highly unethical practice.

Dave, I have paid up to $150 for a mag, but I have also paid $45 for a mag much like yours. I would say the $45 was way to low, the $150 a bit high. Now, if it had the number of a gun I owned and was obviously original, then the value to ME would be fairly high...

So, to me, normal price $85 for a police mag and up to $125 and if I really wanted it, $150 or a bit more...

Always nice to get a good deal, but a *K can sit on the big boys selling list, asking up to $250 of course thay sit there not selling fast, but if you want it bad enough....if you do not take it please let me have a chance at it....at $150 it is a good deal.

Thanks so much for the info. I appreciate it. It is a numbered mag. I'll post the numbers when I get home tonight. I was just going to get it to protect it, so to speak, as the guy who owns it got it with a luger he plans to just shoot. I though it should be in a collection instead of just a shooting mag. I'll post the number and let you know how it works out. Policeluger, I will let you know what happens.

The mag is numbered 6602 and is #2 stamped. Hope it matches to someone.
