Dutch Luger

I'm considering buying this pistol, which I believe to be a Dutch Luger. It is also marked with KL in a circle. It is number matched. I'm still very new to Lugers and would like the opinion of the forum members about it. What should I look for in a good Dutch Luger? For example, the magazine doesn't look right to me - should it have a wooden base? The photo that I'm posting is the only one that I have right now.
Any help will be much appreciated. I've become fascinated by Lugers and am even considering selling my beloved MP40 and MP44 to finance my new interest!!

JohnF:

Do you have any photos of your MP44? That’s a pretty rare bird here in the US.

Hello John, I have the book, The Dutch Luger (as others do) and if you can provide more markings and serial number, we can tell you quite a bit about it.

Thanks Ed, I don't have the gun yet so the only other thing that I can tell you right now is the serial number which is 13737. The seller says that this particular gun went to an East Indies contract for the Dutch Air Force.
I would also like to say that this is definitely the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable forum that I have ever posted on!!

John, The Luger Book states:
M11 Pistol, 1928 DWM Contract, 3,820 made, delivered Aug/Sept 1928, 9mm, serial numbers from 10182 to 14001

1928 DWM's have the KOL mark

Instead of the Crown W acceptance mark, they have the German Crown N proof mark on the left side of the receiver.
