Just had a Chip repair done on a set of worn grips. Repair was done with the intention of keeping the wear on the grips so as to match the wear on the Luger, but at the same time fixing the problems. The man is a wonder! Look how subtle the improvement is. The craftsmanship is incredible! I really cannot tell that there was a repair done. Thank You Jim!!
You need grip repairs, this is the guy you need to contact, you won't be sorry. Great job, great price, fast service, and shipping. Pics show before, and after, same pistol, different lighting.

What happened to the metal finish on the Navy, it seems to have changed completely?
Are they even the same pistol?

But the grips look great.
Jim has always been my go to guy for grip repair and/or checkering!

Check the last sentence in the post. Photos taken at different times. Low light in one pic, bright light in the other. It's the same Luger.

That has to be the most "difference" caused by lighting or its lack, and subsequent influence on appearance I have ever seen.

The pistol really has no finish, and in the first picture it was just in "shadow"?

Amazing, makes one "afraid" to believe any auction pictures.

Actually the finish on the gun is just a little lighter than the top photo. The bottom photo was taken in direct sunlight so is a little "washed out".
