00 Eagle Upper On 06 Swiss Lower

I would like to convert this 1900 American Eagle Upper/1906 Swiss Lower to correct configurations. Even though the numbers would not match, I would like to get a 1906 upper and a 1902 lower to make them "proper". Maybe someone has a similar situation in reverse and trades can be worked out.
