I.D. proof/import marks?
 

Browsing Gunbroker sort of looking for shooter grade Luger. Came across this Luger with some unusual (to me) marks under barrel and left frame side. Are these extra proof/rework/import marks? https://www.gunbroker.com/item/793754626

Newer European marks from "re-proof", Could be Austrian, maybe someone else will recognize the country.
