Information on 1918 Erfurt

Came across this 1918 on Gunbroker. Have not noticed a unit marking placed as it is. Is it normal for some units? What unit would this be? Also strange looking, to me, numbered mag. I take it's original as it matchers and proofed. Also has the top of the right grip been worked on? https://www.gunbroker.com/item/795584657

For one thing the gun is not even close to 98% as I would put it at more like 80-85%.

Unless I'm missing something, it is WAY over priced and over-rated. Looks like an import mark under the barrel and possibly some funny-business around the base of the barrel. I'll defer the unit marking issue to others, but they are unusual, except for certain special police units, to be marked on guns this late in the war.
If I'm wrong and it is really special, it is only special to a collector who focuses on those models, not the average Luger bug.
Just MHO, but run, don't walk, away.

It's a Weimar era unit marking and the magazine is bogus.

Don, I read it as 11.Gr.6.K. or 11th Grenadier Regiment, 6th Company.
