Depends on what you mean "real". It is a genuine 1906 Portuguese Army Luger. As for being "NEAR MINT" and "98% original finish", that is a fairy tale. The gun has been reblued, including parts that should be strawed.

This is the same gun (Ser # 3443) that was discussed on the thread "What's wrong with this Portuguese M2?". The conclusion, I believe, was that the gun is, at best, highly dubious, and that seems supported by a comparison of photos of a known good M2 and the one on GunBrokers.

My belief about the gun has been expressed in that thread and need not be repeated here.
