Police Tool
2 Attachment(s)
Hello guys.
What can you tell me about this one? Regards Kai |
I can never remember if that is an early DWM or an Erfurt tool marking on the front.
The rear would be usually a police marking of the weapon number. On the odd chance it was not a police marking - then it would still be the weapon number for a luger. ed |
Imperial DWM tool (early). The serial number could be either Imperial army or a post war Reichswehr or police.
|
George, how do you figure it is a DWM tool with an Imperial inspector's stamp?

Hi Dwight,
I agree with Herr Anderson, the blades of DWM tools are longer and more slender than Erfurt's and they are blued as well. Here's a side by side comparison. |
Thank you!
