I'm a little confused...The Luger restoration is excellent, as always...But what makes it 'flashy' ??? :confused:

When it comes to Lugers, I equate 'flashy' with 'pimped out', which this obviously is not...And I don't know what 'TDJ' stands for... :rolleyes:

So...What makes this 'flashy' ??? :p

TDJ = Total Doll Job (or really pimped out!)

Pimped out, in part, because of the strawed extractor, which is actually improper on a New Model gun (M1900s have them.). Also the gold-colored fill on the markings... The contrast these features provide makes the pistol look right perky!

In all conscience, I can not call this restoration as 'pimped out'. It's not outlandish enough. :p
