I posted these videos because they actually explain and demonstrate lugers and their operations as would a friend showing off his or her proud gun. A fellow luger friend who like me love lugers and always want to learn more!! They explain why as well as how while truly excited!!

I've always thought you're an asset for this forum, continue your good work, and thanks again.

It's a very well researched overview of the Luger Pistol. The next in the series covers the Artillery Luger too.

Note that there are some inaccuracies in this video, particularly concerning the relationship between Mauser and Luger. I added details in the comments section several months ago.

Marc, I searched every one of this producer and found no Navys produced. The only Navy is the one below~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXFOyn141jY If you can find it please post~ TKS

Yes, that guy does a better job than most; still a few common "assumptions" are repeated as fact,
but all in all well done.

Interesting that all he had to show were reproductions. Also as Don stated several mistakes. Bill

I agree I could post a legit holster of each but this is meant for the novice not one of our seasoned collectors like yourselves. A mere sample~Below is the one and best for serious collectors like yourselves. http://www.landofborchardt.com/holsters.html Thank You Both!

Sorry, I misread one of the comments. It's the Artillery LP-08 that they cover in the next video:
