Parts luger help

7 Attachment(s)
I am being offered this parts luger, and I mean parts. I'm not sure if any part on it is from the same gun. It functions fine, shoots fine, takes down fine, but is such a mish mash of parts that I wonder as to its aprox. value. The hold open is un numbered, the toggle pin is numbered, and the fireing pin is numbered andis WWII style. I didn't take the grips off, but they are in good shape and no million dollar chip. Thanks for any advice you may give.

If you said "what " it is being offered for, you might get a good or bad.

If it shoots some folks will say minimum $5 or 600; for parts- pitted parts don't sell.

As it is, it is really worth whatever it is worth to you for whatever reason you want it; but, if you have to ask, I suspect they want too much. JMHO.

So what's the money on it?

The guy wants $400. I figure the parts are worth that much, but I would probably just use it as a shooter. There is also a holster with it, too.

Jump fast because it is a great price.

Go NOW, and go FAST!!! That is a smoking deal for a reliable Luger shooter no matter how many different Luger parts are in it. I own one with a multitude of different parts in it.....it shoots great, and for sure is worth more then any $400. There is easily $400 worth of parts in this Luger......likely more. Go....go ...go!!!

long frame?

What would have a long frame like that and have a mil. serial number with a suffix as well?.... GT ..???

4th photo, what is the printing under the safety lever on the frame?

It was gesichert. Thanks for the advice and help. I know it looks like a mish-mash, but in hand it appears not too bad.

An excellent price. Just remember, that if the state you live in requires any kind of transaction record or registration procedure involving the serial number--- The correct number is the one on the front of the frame above the trigger guard including the script letter suffix below it. None of the other numbers are part of the serial number of this pistol...

A great buy for a shooter grade pistol at $400!
