Ammo of choice ?
 
Hello all, I have enjoyed the info on this sight so far , newbie here as far as Lugers go . One question is this the ammo of choice for a 37 s42 ?

That is the "Winchester White Box" ammo that is commonly recommended for use in most 9mm Lugers.

In general, you want a standard velocity 115gn 9mm Luger ammo in Full Metal Jacket. The WWB you identified is exactly that.

21.6 cents a round is a very good price in today's marketplace.

This just isn't correct. I have ordered ammo on line for years with zero difficulty. The shipper just has to apply the correct labels (ORD) and ship it. It is shipped by a common carrier. If one is purchasing primers or powder, then a hazmat fee(usually $25-30) has to be paid, as these items are considered explosives......not the same thing for loaded ammo(go figure).

Thanks guys for the reply . I have order many thousands of rounds of ammo online and have had zero problems. I may pick up a case of that stuff and then I believe I could duplicate it with reloads as far as velocity and bullet weight .

Just starting with the 9mm caliber.
