Need NAPCA member help? 1985 edition

My esteemed associate/colleague Mr. Charles Whitaker is writing an article on Finnish submarines and Luger's associated with such? He is interested in viewing a NAPCA publication from 1985 XVIII 3 June 1985 Page 56. If any of you fellows can help I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks
