Mag Question

I have 3 mags in total. 2 original one repo. the mag i received along with my Army model and the repo fit in the army but neither will fit in my artillery model. Goes in 2/3 of the way and stops. if i push harder im sure it will go it, not sure if it will come out without some help. all 3 will fit in my army model. Is this normal?

more info the one that came with my p08 its a metal bottom, repo is plastic, and artillery is wood bottom. All 3 are 9mm mags. Not sure if that matters. still new to lugers.

How's the rust inside the magzine well?

thats true i didnt think about the rust on the Artillery model i have pics up in the Artillery sections. the artillery mag has some rust on it as well. your right that may play a big part. thanks for the help Kurusu.

I saw the pics. That's why I asked about the rust. :p

It is funny how some guns are picky with magazines - usually its earlier, not an artillery.
But it could be a grip screw is tightened too much and the screw is coming into the mag well.
It could be a small dent on a mag (pictures needed), or as stated a small build up of rust. But usually an artillery will take most magazines.

The non-standard grip screw could be interfering with magazine insertion as well.

Warped mags can create havoc, too.. Forum member G.T. can fix'em and put a smile on your face.
