from the printer earlier this afternoon. It has been

printed in its original form as requested my numerous

collectors. To provide some corrections to the

original data, I have replaced the original "Notes"

pages with copies of several letters corrected or

expanded certain information.


This second limited printing of 175 copies is

available at a cost of $22.95, U.S. postage included.
