These were reworked by Krieghoff using DWM parts. These were done in the 1920s.

If this is truely one of the new production DWM lugers made in 1921 in the 2000i to 8000i range and marketed to the public by Kreighoff, it will be marked on the rear of the frame above the lanyard loop, "KREIGHOFF SUHL". This is not a rework. Tom h.
