It's a mis-matched shooter, made by DWM in 1913 for the military. The barrel is an aftermarket one, and it looks like the grip scales and magazine may be reproduction/replacements. (You don't give us very good photos.) What else do you need to know?

Your LUGER is a bit of a mixmaster, frame and slide heavily buffed, with new grips, and not original barrel, I can't tell about the mag as I can't see it properly.
It might be a good shooter but in case you intend to take it to the range have it checked by a serious gunsmith first.
Shoot safe.

Best.

The receiver is made by Erfurt, as others have said- a real mix of parts, not original and in poor condition.
No need to block out a serial number, it frequently helps to evaluate the piece to have all the numbers visible.
24 hours is not long to wait for an answer on a weekend, you have more info on other threads too.
