notice the fine stitching, and hand made leather holder things (better than my first try of doo-hickeys) - hey its been a long day, and can't sleep ;)

Eric, Ed, Thank you both for the kind words. These straps are what one would expect to find on a very expensive Luger carbine. Fine supple leather hand worked to be soft. Quality hardware. Period hand stitched with linen thread. Nothing but the best went into these. If there is a finer Carbine sling on planet Earth I would love to see it. I am happy when you are happy..

Just a quick remark: sometimes I feel I'm in a middle of a group of gentlemen back to the beginning of the 1900.
I don't think all these expressions and words of mutual respect and good manners can be easily found in many other gun forums nowadays.

Sergio, Pleasant of you to notice! However the fur can fly on occasion. Like Gentlemen of the turn of the Century, an insult is a cause for throwing down the gauntlet for a duel. I am the first to admit I do not take slights with any grace. But I am more than eager to apologize if I am wrong. Among Friends here in the us we often bond by playfully insulting one another. It's hard to do on screen..people can perceive you are serious.

One factor that must be considered is that each is handmade with some having hundreds of stitches into thick leather. Truly unique and a labor of love!
