I don't know if this guy knows the difference between chrome and nickel but if you have a chromed P08 and want a complete chromed artillery upper, here is your chance! :D

This is technically, if not legally a firearm. I'm surprised Ebay hasn't pulled it yet.

Doug, I agree with you completely, this IS a firearm, as it is completely capable of discharging a cartridge with only what you see in the photo...but the ebay censors don't know that... Even the BATFE considers the lower frame as the serialized component of a Luger, and not the upper assembly.

I think the lower frame of a Luger should be considered nothing more than a "holder" for the upper "firearm" component. Similar to the Ruger Mark I .22 caliber automatics... this auction will probably run its course unless an observant subject matter expert person such as yourself blows the whistle to ebay.

BATFE decides what is and isn't; you certainly can't tell them what to do!

A lead pipe and nail can be made into a shotgun - please don't confuse our average reader that this SHOULD be declared a firearm. It is not.
