Thank you gentlemen, one and all! My birthday present was attending the “Shenandoah Shoot and Show” organized by George Anderson. The trek from southern New Mexico to Virginia is daunting but the camaraderie at these events is just outstanding and it is really great to mingle with some of the finest collectors around.
I just got back from my annual 80 mile round-trip pilgrimage to the DMV to renew my driver’s license. Having surpassed the three-quarters of a century mark, the state of New Mexico has decided that now I am officially a geezer and must renew in person every year. Just one of the perks of significant accumulation of birthdays. My best to you. You are a great group. |
Hope you had a great day on your Birthday Ron, just to let you know that I appreciate, not only the knowledge that you so freely share but also your good humor. Quit often after reading one of your humorous quotes I will think "I wish I had thought of that" :roflmao:
