Holster for 1936 Luger

Picked up a 1936 Luger a few weeks ago. Thinking might look for a holster for it. Problem is I have no idea what to look for! So what would be the right holsters for a 1936 Mauser Luger?

May I piggy back on this? I have a 1918, what is the typical type for this pistol? WWI...

Since Holsters were not directly issued with the guns, for the 1936, any black holster dated just before or at the year of the gun's manufacture would be most correct.

For the 1918, same advice, except the holster should be brown.

WW1 holsters may also be found in black. A 1915 order was to be all black but was not followed very closely. Many WW1 holsters that are black show considerable brown where the black dye has worn off. Bill

Bill is correct. Black would be most appropriate

Guy's how about the buckle/strap? Should it be a buckle or pull strap?

Military should all be buckle and strap. Bill

Poll strap is the police version.
