In the seventies I was a young lad and I remember Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson were among my heroes.

Was that a Walther P38 in the bad guys' hand?

Diver6106 02-04-2015 11:11 PM

Yah, he took it from the liquor store owner who was flashing, when he robbed him. GOOD LESSON - don't show strangers your guns, or even that you have one.

You got to love a S&W model 29 after that scene, right?

alanint 02-05-2015 10:21 AM

That movie alone created a 2+ year waiting list to purchase a Mod. 29 back then. Movie influence is amazing.

Saving Private Ryan single handedly almost doubled the cost of a transferrable M1 or M1A1 Thompson overnight.

I simply love watching Hickock 45 videos, he's got such a relaxing and friendly way of talking that it's almost like being there shooting with him.

Does it become concealed if you wear yours on reverse? Another question, I counted only five shots! Why was the blood on his upper leg??? Typical Lawyer~

alanint 02-06-2015 06:39 AM

In the movie, he was hit by the bad guy's shotgun blast.

Sergio Natali 02-06-2015 12:45 PM

I used to love those films, now here they have finished with the LONGMIRE serie so I've become an addict to LAW & ORDER again... :-)

cirelaw 02-06-2015 01:55 PM

I still watch Perry Mason on Youtube. Reminds me of my trial days and some pain in the butt clients~ Eric~~
